La limpieza y desbroce de materia vegetal, cunetas y recogida de residuos en caminos rurales, espacios libres públicos no ordenados y solares municipales así como su cerramiento en el término municipal de Palma, fosos interiores y exteriores del Castillo de Bellver, y las actuaciones de limpieza, conservación y adecuación de los cauces de los tramos de torrentes que discurren por el TM de Palma en zona urbana. La conservación, reparación, reforma y mejora de las obras de fábrica cuya gestión sea competencia de esta Regiduría. Así como la ejecución de nuevas obras de fábrica que se requieran o la demolición de aquellas que ya no tengan uso. La ejecución de nuevas redes y obras de drenaje de carácter municipal y la reforma y mejora de las existentes. La Asistencia técnica a la Dirección técnica municipal y de supervisión de los trabajos, la asistencia técnica para la Coordinación de seguridad y salud de las obras y la asistencia técnica para la gestión del Control de Calidad de las obras y actuaciones que se encomienden al Servicio de Vialidad o sean promovidas por este Servicio, la redacción de proyectos y cuanta documentación técnica se requiera que se solicite al Servicio de Vialidad, la inspección e inventario/catálogo de pavimento e infraestructuras u elementos que sea competencia del servicio de Vialidad y el inventario e inspecciones de obras de paso.
