Conditions relating to the performance of the contract: • En relación al artículo 65 del Convenio Colectivo de aplicación, dedicado a la formación, el trabajador adscrito al servicio, independientemente de la antigüedad del mismo, tendrá derecho derecho a un permiso retribuido de 20 horas anuales para la formación profesional en cualquiera de las siguientes materias y por el orden de preferencia que se enumeran: mantenimiento de equipos de climatización/calefacción, mantenimiento de instalaciones eléctricas de baja tensión, fontanería o albañilería. A diferencia de lo establecido en el convenio, la formación deberá ser realizada de forma anual, sin que estas horas sean acumulables por un periodo de hasta cinco años, y deberá ser impartida en el primer semestre de cada año de ejecución para que repercutan favorablemente en la prestación del servicio.
