Lucrarile se vor executa pe drumul judetean 401A de la km. 0+000 (Vidra) și pana la km. 28+209 (Domnesti)

Autoritatea contractanta intentioneaza sa modernizeze un tronson din drumul judetean DJ401A, cuprins intre km 0+000 (Vidra) – km 28+209 (Domnesti). Sectorul de drum judetean ce face obiectul prezentei proceduri de atribuire este amplasat in partea de sud-vest a Municipiului Bucuresti, in Judetul Ilfov, si strabate localitatile Vidra, Cretesti, Sintesti, Jilava, Alunisu, Magurele, Varteju, Bragadiru, Clinceni si Domnesti.

Drumul judetean 401A apartine domeniului public al Judetului Ilfov fiind considerat drum de clasa tehnica IV. Suprafetele ocupate de lucrarile de trotuare si piste pentru biciclisti, ce depasesc zona de siguranta a drumului judetean, apartin domeniului public al localitatilor pe care drumul le traverseaza.

Se asigura sistem de scurgere prin santuri și rigole, precum și semnalizări și marcaje.

Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentatia de atribuire. În măsura în care solicitările de clarificare sunt primite cu cel putin 20 zile înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar si complet tuturor acestor solicitări de clarificare în a 10-a zi înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
