Description of selection criterion: Tenderers will be assessed on their economic and financial standing and their technical and professional ability to ensure they have the capacity and experience to successfully deliver the works. Selection criteria will include: Evidence of adequate economic and financial capacity, including appropriate insurance cover and financial standing. Evidence of relevant experience in successfully completing similar construction works. Evidence of appropriate technical resources, competent personnel, and ability to comply with health and safety requirements. As this procurement is being conducted using an open procedure, there will be no second-stage selection or limitation on the number of candidates invited to tender. All tenderers who meet the minimum selection requirements will proceed to tender evaluation.
