Ugovorne strane sporazumno utvrđuju da Pružatelj neće moći svoje potraživanje prema Naručitelju prenijeti na drugoga bez prethodne pisane suglasnosti Naručitelja. Plaćanje se vrši na IBAN odabranog ponuditelja ili podugovaratelja.
