Additional information: 1. O udzielenie Zamówienia mogą ubiegać się Wykonawcy, którzy nie podlegają wykluczeniu z postępowania. 2. Wykluczeniu z postępowania podlegają Wykonawcy wobec których zachodzą okoliczności określone w: 1) art. 108 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp, z wyłączeniem art. 108 ust. 1 pkt 1 lit. h) ustawy Pzp, art. 109 ust 1 pkt 4, 2) art. 7 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 13 kwietnia 2022 r. ustawy o szczególnych rozwiązaniach w zakresie przeciwdziałania wspieraniu agresji na Ukrainę oraz służących ochronie bezpieczeństwa narodowego (Dz.U. z 2025 r. poz. 514), 3) art. 5k rozporządzenia Rady (UE) nr 833/2014 z dnia 31 lipca 2014 r. (Dz. Urz. UE nr L 229 z 31.7.2014, str. 1). 3. Zamawiający określa następujące warunki udziału w postępowaniu: 1) Zdolności do występowania w obrocie gospodarczym: Zamawiający nie określa wymagania w tym zakresie. 2) Uprawnień do prowadzenia określonej działalności gospodarczej lub zawodowej, o ile wynika to z odrębnych przepisów: Zamawiający nie określa wymagania w tym zakresie. 3) Sytuacji ekonomicznej lub finansowej: Zamawiający nie określa wymagania w tym zakresie; 4) Zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej: Zamawiający nie określa wymagania w tym zakresie. Ocena spełniania warunków określonych przez Zamawiającego zostanie dokonana według formuły „spełnia/nie spełnia” na podstawie dokumentów określonych w SWZ. 4. W celu potwierdzenia zgodności oferowanych dostaw z wymaganiami Zamawiającego w zakresie Zadania nr 1, 2 i 3, Zamawiający żąda złożenia wraz z ofertą następujący przedmiotowy środek dowodowy, tj. Certyfikat zgodności oferowanych okładzin z Kartą UIC 541-3 lub certyfikat wydany przez inne równoważne jednostki oceniające zgodność, z zastrzeżeniem okoliczności opisanej w § 2 ust. 4 Wzoru umowy (Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ). Przedmiotowy środek dowodowy należy złożyć wraz z ofertą. przypadku, gdy Wykonawca nie złoży wraz z ofertą przedmiotowego środka dowodowego lub jeśli złożony przedmiotowy środek dowodowy okaże się niekompletny, Zamawiający wezwie Wykonawcę do jego złożenia lub uzupełnienia. Zamawiający może żądać od Wykonawców wyjaśnień dotyczących treści przedmiotowego środka dowodowego. 5. Termin otwarcia ofert - 07.08.2026 r. o godz. 12:30. 6. Termin związania ofertą - 04.11.2026 r.
