Explanation:
Procedura de atribuire a fost inițiată în SEAP, prin anunțul nr. CN1014685/3.9.2019. Procedura a fost anulată, în conformitate cu prevederile art. 212 alin. (1) lit. a) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, deoarece nu a fost depusă nicio ofertă admisibilă. În data de 19.9.2019 a fost inițiată procedura fără publicarea prealabilă a unui anunț de participare, procedura ce a fost anulată deoarece nu a fost primită nicio ofertă pana la termenul stabilit în invitația la procedura de achizitie. În conformitate cu baza de date a verificărilor periodice din zbor a mijloacelor PNA-Tc, datele de valabilitate a valabilității periodice din zbor, devenind scadente, fiind necesară efectuarea de verificări periodice din zbor în perioada 21.10.2019-30.11.2019.
