Description: gara da esperirsi ai sensi del D.Lgs. 36/2023, quale appalto di servizi mediante Procedura aperta ai sensi degli artt. 71 e 108 del D. Lgs. 36/2023 per l’affidamento della gestione dei servizi di accoglienza, integrazione e tutela nell’ambito del Sistema di Accoglienza e Integrazione (SAI) – Categoria Ordinari, per il triennio 2026–2028.L’appalto ha per oggetto l’affidamento del Servizio di Accoglienza Integrata a favore di Titolari di Protezione (uomini single) Internazionale SAI . L’appalto è costituito da un unico lotto in ragione della omogeneità delle prestazioni oggetto del servizio, che richiede uno svolgimento coordinato e unitario delle stesse, e della complessità organizzativa della gestione del servizio in questione, che ne comporta l’intrinseca inscindibilità. La descrizione dei servizi minimi essenziali richiesti è specificata nel Capitolato Speciale d’Appalto e al Progetto di Servizio , ai quali espressamente si rinvia. Description: L’appalto è aggiudicato in base al criterio dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa individuata con le modalità di cui all’art. 108, comma 5, d.lgs. n. 36/2023. Trattandosi di un servizio da realizzare con fondi ministeriali a valere sul Fondo Nazionale per le Politiche ed i Servizi dell’Asilo, a destinazione vincolata, non sono previsti criteri di valutazione di tipo economico. L’elemento relativo al prezzo, infatti, ha la forma di un costo fisso (a corpo, valutato congruo rispetto alle azioni da implementare ed i risultati da conseguire) sulla base del quale gli operatori economici competeranno solo in base a criteri qualitativi.
