Justification for the duration of the framework agreement: La durée totale de l’accord-cadre est estimée à quarante-deux (42) mois à compter de la date de la conclusion du marché, sachant que le PA attribuera le présent marché avant l’échéance du contrat Microsoft EA (Enterprise Agreement) actuellement existant. Le nouveau contrat Microsoft EA (Enterprise Agreement) sera conclu pour une période minimum de trente-six (36) mois à dater de l’échéance du contrat actuel. Mais le nouvel accord-cadre pourra être prolongé au-delà de la période de quarante-deux (42) mois initialement prévue, sans nouvelle procédure de passation, dans le cas où Microsoft garantirait la continuité du contrat EA (Enterprise Agreement) au-delà de leur période initiale de trente-six (36) mois. La prolongation dudit contrat ne pourra pas dépasser une période de vingt-quatre (24) mois (volonté du PA d’alignement de la durée de l’accord-cadre et de la durée du contrat proposé par Microsoft).
