Description of selection criterion: § 46 Abs. 3 Nr. 1 VgV: Ausführung von Leistungen in den letzten 5 Jahren, die mit der zu vergebenden Leistung vergleichbar sind. Der Bieter hat für die folgenden Aufgabenbereiche - Ersatzneubau einer Straßenbrücke - Nachrechnung einer Straßenbrücke - Rückbauplanung einer Straßenbrücke Referenzprojekte vorzulegen. Weitere Angaben hierzu sind in der Eigenerklärung zur Eignung aufgeführt.

Description of selection criterion: - § 45 Abs. 4 Nr. 2 VgV: Berufshaftpflichtversicherung Folgender Versicherungsschutz wird gefordert: - 2,00 Mio. € für Personenschäden und - 2,00 Mio. € für sonstige Schäden (Sach- und Vermögensschäden) Bei Leistungen für UBB/ÖBB müssen Umweltschäden nach dem Umweltschadensgesetz gleichermaßen abgedeckt sein. Es ist der Nachweis zu erbringen, dass die Maximierung der Ersatzleistungen mindestens das 2-fache der genannten Deckungssummen pro Jahr beträgt. Als Beleg hierfür ist eine Bestätigung der Versicherung (z.B. in Form einer Kopie der Versicherungspolice) dem Angebot beizufügen. Bei Unterschreitung der geforderten Berufshaftpflichtversicherungsdeckungssumme ist eine Erklärung des Versicherers beizufügen, dass im Auftragsfall der Versicherungsschutz auf die geforderten Deckungssummen erhöht wird. Bei einer Bietergemeinschaft ist der Nachweis von jedem Mitglied der Gemeinschaft gesondert zu erbringen.
