Description: La présente consultation a pour objet la fourniture et l’acheminement de gaz naturel pour les besoins du GIP E², dans le cadre de l’exploitation transitoire du réseau de chaleur du domaine universitaire de Pessac-Talence-Gradignan. La fourniture porte sur le PCE n°230274, correspondant à la chaufferie A36 située rue Pierre Noailles à Talence, actuellement rattaché à l’Université de Bordeaux et ayant vocation à être rattaché au GIP E² à l’appui de l’autorisation d’occupation temporaire constitutive de droits réels conclue entre l’Université de Bordeaux et le GIP. La période de fourniture est fixée du 1er octobre 2026 au 30 septembre 2027. Le besoin prévisionnel est estimé à 11 000 MWh, avec un volume maximum de 20 000 MWh. La fourniture devra intégrer des garanties d’origine biométhane à hauteur de 40 % des consommations de gaz naturel.
