Additional information: Des échantillons sont demandés pour l'ensemble des lots. Le candidat devra fournir, à l'appui de sa proposition, les échantillons demandés en annexe 2 « Liste des échantillons » du règlement de consultation, qui devront présenter les caractéristiques identiques au produit fini et être conformes aux spécifications reprises au bordereau des prix. Toute offre devra faire l'objet d'un envoi d'échantillons qui devront être fournis dans leur intégralité. à défaut, l'offre sera déclarée irrégulière. Les échantillons sont gratuits. Ces échantillons ne serviront qu'à l'analyse des offres. En effet, la fourniture d'échantillons doit permettre à la collectivité de juger avec pertinence de la qualité des produits proposés. Ces échantillons devront être remis par tout moyen approprié permettant d'établir les date et heure de leur dépôt, avant la date limite indiquée en page 1 du règlement de consultation, à l'adresse suivante : Département du Pas-de-Calais Secrétariat de la Direction des Achats et de l'Accompagnement Juridique 126 rue d'Amiens 62000 Arras Horaires d'ouverture : de 9h00 à 11h30 et de 13h30 à 16h30, du lundi au vendredi hors jours fériés. Les échantillons fournis par le candidat dont l'offre aura été rejetée pourront être repris dans un délai de 2 mois maximum à compter de la date d'envoi du courrier de rejet de son offre, à l'adresse ci-dessus, sur demande à adresser par mail à lefeuvre.priscille@pasdecalais.fr. La reprise des échantillons est à la charge du candidat. Passé ce délai, les échantillons non repris resteront propriété du Département du Pas-de-Calais. Les échantillons fournis par le candidat dont l'offre aura été retenue resteront propriété du Département du Pas-de-Calais
