Title: Réalisation de prestations d’exploitation forestière mécanisées dans le département du Doubs (région Bourgogne-Franche-Comté), portant sur des bois majoritairement résineux.
Description: Le présent système d’acquisition dynamique a pour objet la réalisation de prestations d’exploitation forestières mécanisées. Il permettra pendant une durée de 10 années de solliciter auprès des entreprises agréées une offre pour effectuer les prestations. Ces consultations déboucheront sur ce que la règlementation appelle des « marchés spécifiques ». L’objet est la réalisation de prestations d’exploitation forestière mécanisées dans le département du Doubs (région Bourgogne-Franche-Comté), portant sur des bois majoritairement résineux. Les prestations attendues consistent principalement en : – L’abattage mécanisé ; – Le débardage mécanisé des bois. Ces prestations s’inscrivent dans des contextes d’exploitation présentant des contraintes techniques particulières, réparties en catégories correspondant aux lots du système : – lot 1 « pente » : exploitation mécanisée en conditions de forte pente, nécessitant des équipements spécifiques de treuillage pour l’évolution des machines sur des pentes significatives (supérieures à 200 m de longueur) ; – lot 2 « marais » : exploitation mécanisée sur sols peu portants ou nécessitant des franchissements de cours d’eau, impliquant l’usage d’équipements adaptés (dispositifs de franchissement, équipements de portance renforcée). Les caractéristiques détaillées de chaque intervention seront précisées dans les consultations ultérieures relatives aux marchés spécifiques. L’exécution de ce système d’acquisition dynamique est régie par les Clauses Générales d’Achats des prestations d’exploitation forestières en forêt publique dans sa version 9200-17-DCC-BOI-003 - version G – Mars 2026 – document joint au dossier de consultation -.
