Description: La póliza tendrá por finalidad proteger, en los términos y con el alcance establecidos en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas, a los administradores, directivos y demás personas aseguradas frente a las responsabilidades que pudieran derivarse de reclamaciones formuladas contra ellos por actos, errores u omisiones cometidos en el ejercicio de sus cargos o funciones. Asimismo, la póliza podrá dar cobertura a la propia Sociedad en aquellos supuestos y con los límites que se establezcan en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas y en las condiciones de la póliza.
