Obiectivul acordului cadru/contractelor subsecvente il reprezinta achizitia de Teava din polietilenă, PE 100 SDR 11, utilizată la realizarea rețelelor de distributie a gazelor naturale pentru lucrările de investiție. Teava din polietilenă, PE 100 SDR 11, se va utiliza la executarea conductelor, bransamentelor si instalatiilor de utilizare montate subteran, în funcție de planul de investiții al entitatii contractante si în conformitate cu cerintele Caietului de sarcini nr. 75368 din 18.09.2020, a Specificatiei tehnice nr. 656 si a documentelor anexate acestora.
Se doreste incheierea unui accord cadru cu maxim 5 op ec, pe o perioada de 48 de luni.
Clarificarile sau informatiile suplimentare în legatura cu documentatia de atribuire vor fi transmise cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, iar raspunsul entitatii contractante la aceste solicitari va fi transmis in a 11-a zi înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in conformitate cu art. 173 din Legea 99/ 2016. EC va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul limita stabilit. (conf prev art. 29 alin (3) din HGR)
Cantitatile minime/maxime estimate a se comada sunt prevazute in Anexa 2 – Estimare cantitati minime/maxime, atasata prezentei documentatii.
