De aanbesteding omvat het vervangen van 33 gemeentelijke speelplekken, verspreid over de jaren 2026, 2027, 2028 en 2029. Gewenste situatie De gemeente heeft voor inrichting, het beheer en vervanging van de speelruimte onlangs het Speelruimteplan Eemsdelta 2025 vastgesteld (Bijlage 5). Op basis van het Speelruimteplan moet de overeenkomst een bijdrage leveren aan een goede spreiding van speelruimte, een goede inrichting van de speelruimte en een goed onderhouden speelruimte. Hiermee wordt er een aantrekkelijke en bereikbare speelruimte gerealiseerd. Een speelruimte die groen en toegankelijk is en die schoon, heel en veilig is.
