Description: Furnizorul va livra produsele la termenul din contract, in cantitatile solicitate de autoritatea contractanta si avand caracteristicile/specificatiile minime precizate in caietul de sarcini. In temeiul prevederilor art. 160 din Legea 98/2016, modificata prin OUG 107/2017, operatorii economici interesati de procedura vor solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire cu 18 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, iar in temeiul art. 161 din Legea 98/2016, modificata prin OUG 107/2017, raspunsul autoritatii contractante va fi transmis in a 11 a zi,inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor

Description: Punctajul pentru factorul de evaluare “Durata de livrare”, cu o valoare de 5 puncte din totalul de 100 de puncte si cu o pondere de 5% din totalul criteriului de atribuire, se va acorda dupa cum urmeaza: Pentru oferta admisibila cu cea mai redusa durata de livrare de la transmiterea comenzii – 5 puncte Pentru restul ofertelor admisibile punctajul se va calcula utilizand urmatoarea formula: Durata de livrare(n) = Durata de livrare(min) / Durata de livrare(n) x 5, unde: Durata de livrare (n): punctajul obtinut de catre oferta admisibila aflata sub evaluare Durata de livrare (min) cea mai redusa dintre duratele de livrare ale ofertelor admisibile; Durata de livrare (n): durata de livrare al ofertei admisibile aflata sub evaluare. Nota: Durata de livrare nu poate fi mai mica de o zi lucratoare si mai mare de 10 zile lucratoare de la transmiterea comenzii. Durata de livrare este de maxim 10 zile lucrătoare de la transmiterea comenzii(Ofertele care propun un timp de livrare mai mare de 10 zile lucratoare de la transmiterea comenzii vor fi respinse ca neconforme) Ofetele care propun durata de livrare mai mica de o zi lucratoare nu primesc punctaj suplimentar. Pentru duratele de livrare propuse intre o zi si 10 zile lucratoare se va acorda punctaj calculat dupa algoritmul declarat mai sus. Punctaj total =100 puncte (95 puncte reprezentand pretul ofertei + 5 puncte reprezentand durata de livrare)
