Title: Sisteme speciale pentru blocul operator
Description: Acord cadru de furnizare "Sisteme speciale pentru blocul operator" - 3 loturi, cantitatile minime si maxime ale contractelor subsecvente si acordului cadru sunt descrise in Caietul de sarcini si in anexa privind loturile. Contractele subsecvente se vor incheia pentru perioada de o luna, un trimestru sau pentru un an în functie de buget. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/). In temeiul prevederilor art. 160 din Legea 98/2016, operatorii economici interesati de procedura vor solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 20 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
