Title: „Servicii de întreţinere gazon pentru Stadionul Ion Oblemenco” din Municipiul Craiova
Description: Stadionul Ion Oblemenco găzduieşte la nivel naţional şi internaţional competiţii sportive estimate la o medie de 48 meciuri anual. Suprafaţa gazonată trebuie realizată şi menţinută la standardele şi normele interne şi internaţionale recomandate de LPF, FRF, FIFA şi UEFA. Astfel, autoritatea contractantă - Municipiul Craiova intenţionează să încheie un acord-cadru pentru o perioadă de 48 luni, în vederea achiziţionării de servicii complete şi eficiente de intervenţii şi lucrări specifice pentru terenul sportiv acoperit cu gazon hibrid al stadionului de fotbal Ion Oblemenco din Craiova în suprafaţă de 8.036 mp, având ca scop obţinerea şi menţinerea unui covor de iarbă performant şi de calitate optimă pentru activităţile sportive care să corespundă cerinţelor tehnice funcţionale pentru joc cât şi de ordin estetic conform cu standardele şi normele interne şi internaţionale recomandate de LPF, FRF, FIFA şi UEFA. Obiectivul general al Acordului-cadru este menţinerea terenului de joc al Stadionului Ion Oblemenco la standardele şi normele interne şi internaţionale recomandate de LPF, FRF, FIFA şi UEFA, prin asigurarea unui covor de iarbă hibrid performant şi de calitate optimă, în mod permanent şi care să corespundă atât cerinţelor tehnice-funcţionale pentru joc cât şi celor de ordin estetic pe toată durata derulării acestuia. Obiectivele specifice ale Acordului-cadru sunt: refacerea şi menţinerea densităţii şi omogenităţii gazonului; eliminarea materialului vegetal vătămat sau mort de pe suprafata gazonată; combaterea eficientă a bolilor şi dăunătorilor de pe suprafaţa terenului de joc; asigurarea necesarului de substanţe nutritive specifice gazonului pentru Stadionul Ion Oblemenco; menţinerea unei bune stări de sănătate şi a unui proces vegetativ corect al gazonului, menţinerea caracteristicilor estetice şi funcţionale ale gazonului; menţinerea unei temperaturi pozitive în stratul suport şi la nivelul ierbii, peste limita de îngheţ în sezonul rece a suprafeţei terenului de joc – gazon; schimbarea gazonului; schimbarea sistemului de drenaj, încălzire, irigare, atunci când este cazul. Activităţile acordului-cadru vor consta în: 1.Servicii de întreţinere teren de joc – gazon 2.Servicii de întreţinere şi exploatare a instalaţiilor aflate în dotarea Stadionului Ion Oblemenco 3.Servicii de schimbare a gazonului 4.Deszăpezire şi transport a zăpezii rezultate, de pe renul de joc gazonat 5.Colectarea deşeurilor, transportul şi depozitarea acestora în depozite autorizate 6.Servicii de renovare teren hibrid 7.Construcţie teren hibrid cu încălzire glicol, conform cerinţelor caietului de sarcini Rev.1 nr. 99896/ 18.07.2022, pe o perioadă de 48 luni, pentru suprafaţa terenului de 8.036 mp. Modificarea Acordului-cadru, in cursul perioadei sale de valabilitate, se face in conditiile prevazute la art.221 din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare. Modificarea Acordului-cadru in cursul perioadei sale de valabilitate, altfel decat in cazurile si conditiile prevazute la art.221 din Legea nr.98/2016, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se realizeaza prin organizarea unei noi proceduri de atribuire, în conformitate cu dispoziţiile legii.Termene pentru depunerea/ raspunsul la solicitarile de clarificari/informatii suplimentare: A. In conf. cu preved. art.160 alin.(1) din Legea nr. 98/2016, termenul limita pana la care orice ope.rator eco. interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau inform. suplim.in legatura cu doc. de atribuire este de 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. B. În conf. cu preved. art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016, aut. contr. va transmite raspunsul consolidat formulat la solicitările de clarificari/inform. suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, în măsura în care sunt transmise în termenul precizat.

Description: Punctajul pentru “Timpul de intervenție pentru schimbarea gazonului între evenimente” se va acorda după cum urmează: a) Pentru cel mai mic timp de intervenție pentru schimbarea gazonului între evenimente se acordă: 10 puncte b) Pentru alt timp de intervenție, se acordă punctajul astfel: T (n) = (T min / Tn) x 10 puncte, unde: T(n)= punctajul ofertei aflată în evaluare; Tmin = timpul de intervenție cel mai mic ofertat Tn= timpul de intervenție pentru oferta n.
