Description: Casus: Een medewerker meldt via de Single Point of Contact (SPOC) dat hij slecht mobiel bereik ervaart. Tijdens het telefoongesprek blijkt de medewerker slecht verstaanbaar; het gesprek valt regelmatig weg en de geluidskwaliteit is onvoldoende om de melding volledig telefonisch af te handelen. De medewerker blijkt niet de enige gebruiker met bereikbaarheidsproblemen te zijn. In de daaropvolgende weken zijn er meerdere vergelijkbare meldingen vanuit dezelfde locatie.
