Description: Onderhavige opdracht is een opdracht voor diensten en heeft als voorwerp het voorzien, schoonmaken en wisselen van vloermatten en dameshygiënecontainers voor het Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg. Toelichting van de opdracht: De diensten kaderen in de operationele werking en taakuitvoering van de Hoteldiensten van het ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg. De opdrachtnemer staat in voor het leveren van alle benodigde materialen, het inzetten van voldoende en gekwalificeerd personeel, het veilig en ordentelijk uitvoeren van de diensten, en het naleven van alle toepasselijke veiligheidsvoorschriften. In de loop van deze raamovereenkomst zal het Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg op de campus Sint-Jan gebouwuitbreidingen doen volgens het Masterplan 2030. Deze nieuwe gebouwen en de nodige matten en dameshygiënecontainers zullen aansluiten in dit contract met dezelfde einddatum afhankelijk van de gunningsdatum en sluitingsbrief. Het is een opdracht voor diensten zoals bedoeld in art. 2, 21° van de Wet Overheidsopdrachten. Er zal worden gewerkt met één basisofferte en een variante offerte per perceel. De opdracht is opgedeeld in volgende percelen: Perceel 1: Vloermatten Perceel 2: Dameshygiënecontainers
