Additional information: L’accord-cadre à bons de commande est conclu pour une durée d' 1 an. Il pourra être reconduit, dans les mêmes termes, au maximum 3 fois, pour une période d’un an, par tacite reconduction. La durée totale de l’accord-cadre ne pourra excéder 4 ans. En cas de non reconduction, l’acheteur adressera sa décision au titulaire, 4 mois avant son échéance, par courrier recommandé avec accusé de réception. Le délai d’exécution débute à la date fixée dans le bon de commande. La date prévisionnelle de commencement des prestations est prévue à partir du 01/03/2027. L’accord-cadre à bons de commande est passé à prix unitaires sans montant minimum annuel mais avec un montant maximum annuel de 60 000,00 € HT. Budget de fonctionnement. Les paiements seront effectués dans un délai de 30 jours à compter de la date de réception de la demande de paiement du titulaire.
