Title: Inspections détaillées des PPHM et Evaluation IQOA des murs de soutènements du réseau routier départemental
Description: L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le lot 1 porte sur les inspections détaillées des portiques, potences et hauts-mâts (PPHM) : - les portiques et potences de panneaux à messages variables (PMV) et des panneaux à prisme ; - les portiques de gabarit ; - les potences et hauts-mâts de feux et de signalisation routière. Les inspections concernent le génie civil de ces ouvrages. L'objectif de ces inspections est d'identifier d'éventuels désordres sur la structure ou le génie civil afin de programmer des réparations par anticipation et éviter ainsi une aggravation des pathologies pouvant porter atteinte à la sécurité des usagers de la route. Le lot 2 concerne les visites et évaluation selon la grille nationale image qualité des ouvrages d'art (IQOA) pour les murs de soutènement. Les visites d'évaluation de l'état des murs de soutènement, sont destinées à fournir un indicateur moyen apparent de l'ensemble des ouvrages de soutènement du réseau départemental en Savoie, à partir d'une évaluation de chaque ouvrage. Les montants maximums par période sont les suivants : - lot 1 : 20 000,00 euro(s) HT ; - lot 2 : 250 000,00 euro(s) HT. Les crédits budgétaires annuels alloués à la présente consultation sont les suivants : - lot 1 : 20 000,00 euro(s) HT ; - lot 2 : 200 000,00 euro(s) HT
