Necesitatea achiziţionării unor produse software, a unei licențe și a unor servicii (inclusiv cele de consultanță specializate, de pregătire profesională și management de proiect) necesare pentru asigurarea procesării atât a noilor mesajelor în format XML (ISO 20022) aferente sistemelor ReGIS, SaFIR, cât și procesarea în paralel a mesajelor existente pentru sistemul SaFIR cât și a sistemelor interne BNR, în actualul format MT (ISO 150022), astfel încât să nu fie afectate operațiunile curente ale BNR.

Explanation:
Operatorul economic S.W.I.F.T. SC Belgia este singura firmă care asigură mentenanța pentru produsele realizate, fie că acestea rulează la nivelul infrastructurii proprii a instituțiilor financiaresau la nivelul rețelei SWIFTNet, inclusiv cele aferente infrastructurilor de tip FMI (Financial Market Infrastructure). S.W.I.F.T. SC este singurul deținător al dreptului de utilizare (licență) al aplicației MyStandards, precum și unicul furnizor al serviciului de implementare necesar la nivelul infrastructurii SWIFT-BNR.Nu există o alternativă viabilă pentru procurarea de produse, licențe și servicii de mentenanță comparabile, astfel încât se poate considera că încheierea unui contract cu această societate este singura soluție.
