Information about review deadlines: Contra el presente acuerdo podrá interponerse potestativamente el recurso especial en materia de contratación al que se refiere el artículo 44 y siguientes de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público (LCSP), ante el Tribunal Catalán de Contratos del Sector Público, como órgano competente para la resolución del recurso. El plazo para interponer este recurso es de 15 días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente a aquel en que se haya efectuado la notificación. También podrá interponerse recurso especial fundamentado, en su caso, en alguna de las causas de nulidad previstas en el apartado 2 del artículo 39 de la LCSP, en los plazos indicados en las letras a) y b) del artículo 50.2 de la LCSP. El escrito de interposición del recurso podrá presentarse ante el registro del Órgano de Contratación, en el registro del Tribunal Catalán de Contratos del Sector Público o en cualquiera de los lugares establecidos en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, dando cumplimiento a lo establecido en el artículo 51 de la LCSP. Transcurridos 2 meses contados desde el día siguiente a la interposición del recurso sin que se haya notificado su resolución, el interesado podrá considerarlo desestimado a efectos de interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo.
