Eduka pakkujaga sõlmitakse hankeleping (lisa 2 hankeleping, lisa 3 hankelepingu üldtingimused) ja fikseeritakse lepinguperioodiks (kestusega 12 kuud) kaupade maksimaalne ühikumaksumus ning esimese soetuse tarneaeg, mis on ühtlasi ka tulevaste soetuste maksimaalne tarneaeg. Hankija ei aktsepteeri tarneaega, mis on pikem kui 180 päeva ja tunnistab sellise pakkumuse mittevastavaks. Esimese soetusega soovib hankija soetada eeldatavalt 17500 tavavälivormi püksirihma mis ei ole siduv.
