Operatorul economic va putea solicita clarificari cu 18 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, entitatea contractanta raspunzand in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare cu 11 zile inaintea termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor.

Cantitatea minima si maxima a acordului cadru precum si a celui mai mare contract subsecvent ce urmeaza a se achizitiona este conform Anexei C, atasata la documentatia de atribuire, din cauza caracterelor limitate.

Quality criterion - Name: Acest factor de evaluare reprez ca pondere 10 % din totalul criteriului de atribuire. Cf prevederilor caietului de sarcini, termenul de garantie al serv prestate este de 6 luni, iar în acest context, termenul de garanție al serv prestate reprezintă un factor de evaluare important ca criteriu de eficiență, fiind dat de necesitatea efectuării serviciilor de reparații la un nivel calitativ care să corespundă cerințelor stipulate în caietul de sarcini, în scopul asigurării stării tehnice coresp. a vag., în vederea ridicării nivelului de confort și sig.Se vor puncta of th care prevăd TG mai mari de 6 luni, conform caietului de sarcini, sau până la max 12 luni.Un TG mai mare față de cel prevăzut în caietul de sarcini, asigură o efect a serv de rep la un nivel calitativ ridicat, nivel care se reflectă în fiabilitatea și disponibilitatea materialului rulant în exploatare, până la maxim 12 luni.Ofertele cu TG egal cu 6 luni vor fi considerate conforme, dar nu se acordă punctaj / Weighting: 10
