Reimprospatarea si introducerea de noi tehnici si aptitudini de dirijare si control pentru situatiile neobisnuite si de urgenta conform obiectivelor documentului EUROCONTROL "ATC Refresher Training Manual”, editia in vigoare, precum si a frazeologiei ATC in limba engleza (in conformitate cu Doc.4444 ICAO) ;
