Sopimusta on mahdollista jatkaa osa-alue kohtaisesti tämän lisäksi kaksi (2) vuotta, mikäli hankintayksikkö niin päättää.

Hankintasopimukset ja -päätökset tehdään osa-aluekohtaisesti. Hankintasopimus voidaan tehdä aikaisintaan 14 päivän kuluttua siitä, kun tarjoaja on saanut tai hänen katsotaan saaneen päätös perusteluineen tiedoksi.
