Main features of the procedure: La Ley 5/2021, de 14 de septiembre, del Tercer Sector Social en Castilla y León, así como el Decreto 3/2022, de 17 de febrero, establecen el régimen jurídico del concierto social como instrumento idóneo público-privada para la prestación de servicios sociales mediante colaboración, garantizando la publicidad, transparencia y no discriminación. El Programa municipal de Realojo y Vivienda Social REVIS-BUR tiene por finalidad promover la inclusión social y residencial de personas y familias en situación de exclusión social, mediante actuaciones integrales que combinan intervención social y acceso a vivienda. En consecuencia, se procede a aprobar las presentes bases reguladoras de la acción concertada.
