Les bons de commande peuvent être émis jusqu'au dernier jour de validité de chaque accord cadre. Les délais d'exécution des prestations seront indiqués sur chaque bon de commande. L'exécution, selon le délai indiqué sur le bon de commande, pourra être réalisée au plus tard jusqu'à la fin de la réalisation de la prestation correspondante. - Forme juridique de l'attributaire (Cf. art 3-4 du règlement de la consultation) Aucune forme de groupement n'est imposée par l'acheteur. L'acheteur interdit aux candidats de présenter leurs offres en agissant à la fois en qualité de candidats individuels et de membres d'un ou plusieurs groupements. - Protection de l'environnement (Cf. art 3-7-1 du règlement de la consultation)
