Description: Für BIM Projekte bei Straßen.NRW wird eine gemeinsame Datenumgebung benötigt. Ziel ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags für eine CDE. Geplant sind über eine Laufzeit von vier Jahren etwa 90 Projekte. Nutzer sind Projektbearbeiter in den Niederlassungen, Beteiligte aus dem Betriebssitz und externe Akteure. Die CDE wird cloudbasiert als SaaS eingekauft.

Description of selection criterion: Nachweis der ISO 27001 Zertifizierung - Die Software muss einem Prozess der sicheren Softwareentwicklung unterliegen. Es wird die Kenntnis und Anwendung folgender Normen vorausgesetzt: - DIN EN ISO 19650 - ISO 27001 bzw. ISO 27001-Zertifizierung auf Basis von IT-Grundschutz Bei Einbindung von Cloud-Funktionalitäten wird ebenso die Zertifizierung nach ISO 27001 vorausgesetzt. Eine C5-Testierung nach BSI-Standard ist wünschenswert. Der Nachweis der ISO 27001 Zertifizierung muss mit Angebotsabgabe eingereicht werden. .Alle Bieter, die keinen Nachweis einreichen, werden ausgeschlossen.
