Title: El objeto del contrato, que se enmarca dentro de la línea de actuación del Eje 2, “Mejora de la eficiencia energética”, del Plan de Sostenibilidad Turística en Destino “PSTD AGULO, EL BOMBÓN DE LA GOMERA”, será la realización de la actuación Nº 4 denominada “Adquisición de vehículos eléctricos”.
Description: Se propone la compra de varios vehículos eléctricos, destinados a los siguientes usos operativos directamente vinculados con el mantenimiento, gestión y valorización de espacios turísticos: a) Limpieza y acondicionamiento de espacios de uso turístico: • Baldeo, recogida de residuos y transporte de materiales en zonas de alta afluencia como plazas, miradores, cascos históricos, jardines o senderos turísticos. • Apoyo a la limpieza durante festividades locales y eventos de interés turístico nacional o regional. b) Mantenimiento de señalización e infraestructuras turísticas: • Transporte de herramientas y materiales para mantenimiento de señalética turística, paneles interpretativos, bancos, papeleras o elementos urbanos ligados a la experiencia turística y que se incorporarán a nuestro patrimonio turístico a través del PSTD. • Apoyo en tareas preventivas en entornos visitables para garantizar la seguridad y accesibilidad del visitante. c) Gestión logística de eventos turísticos y culturales: • Transporte de material municipal (sillas, mesas, vallas, decoración, equipamiento escénico) durante el montaje y desmontaje de eventos vinculados a la dinamización turística del municipio. • Apoyo a actividades promovidas desde el área de turismo o cultura. d) Reforzamiento de la imagen de destino turístico sostenible: • Uso visible de vehículos eléctricos rotulados con la marca turística del municipio y su pertenencia a la red de los Pueblos más Bonitos de España. • Disminución de huella de carbono y contaminación acústica en zonas turísticas sensibles. La adquisición de varios vehículos eléctricos resuelve varias necesidades y problemas del municipio, dando ejemplo a la población, y la limpieza y el mantenimiento de los espacios de uso turístico. En particular se pretende: • Fomentar la movilidad eléctrica. • Mejorar la eficiencia energética y promover la utilización de energía renovable. • Aumentar la calidad paisajística y atractivo turístico de las zonas ajardinadas. • Adaptación al cambio climático del destino. El Componente 14 del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia (en adelante, PRTR), bajo la denominación de “Plan de modernización y competitividad del sector turístico”, está organizado en cuatro inversiones principales: Inversión 1, “Transformación del modelo turístico hacia la sostenibilidad”; Inversión 2, “Programa de digitalización e inteligencia para destinos y sector turístico”; Inversión 3, “Estrategias de resiliencia turística para territorios extra peninsulares”; e Inversión 4, “Actuaciones especiales en el ámbito de la competitividad”.
