Description of the options: Na acceptatie van de Basisimplementatie (MRV) blijft opdrachtnemer gedurende de looptijd van de Overeenkomst verantwoordelijk voor de hosting, het technisch beheer, het correctief, adaptief en vernieuwend onderhoud en de verdere doorontwikkeling van het platform. Doorontwikkeling vindt plaats op basis van een door partijen overeengekomen roadmap en overeenkomstig de overeengekomen service-, kwaliteits- en governance-afspraken. Een wezenlijk uitgangspunt van deze opdracht is dat de doorontwikkeling na acceptatie van de Basisimplementatie plaatsvindt volgens een open-source ontwikkelmodel. Alle broncode, configuraties, documentatie, testvoorzieningen en overige ontwikkelartefacten die gedurende de uitvoering van de Overeenkomst worden ontwikkeld, worden onder een nader vast te stellen open-sourcelicentie beschikbaar gesteld.
