Title: Sanering van met PFAS vervuilde grond op site BBEPP
Description: Kandidaatstelling voor: Overeenkomst van werken voor de sanering van met PFAS vervuilde grond op een terrein van BBEPP. Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant heeft plannen om op een verworven stuk grond een waterzuiveringsinstallatie te bouwen. Het perceel is echter vervuild met PFAS, waardoor er eerst een sanering moet plaatsvinden. In kader van de grondoverdracht zijn de volgende documenten reeds opgesteld en conform verklaard door OVAM: • Oriënterend bodemonderzoek (OBO) • Beschrijvend bodemonderzoek (BBO) • Saneringskostenraming voor de procedure van versnelde overdracht In parallel met deze aanbesteding loopt er een project met een bodemdeskundige voor het opstellen van een bodemsaneringsproject (BSP). Om tijd te winnen is er gekozen om niet te wachten op dit BSP, maar dit bestek al te lanceren met vermoedelijke hoeveelheden. Bij aanvang van de werken zal een conform verklaard BSP beschikbaar zijn. Omvang van de werken omvat: • Grondwerken: Afgraven van 1800m³ met PFAS vervuilde grond. De concentraties vervuiling verschillen sterk: PFAS totaal tussen 3µg/kg DS en 2500µg/kg DS, met een gemiddelde rond 500µg/kg DS. Daarom is het aangewezen om de grond op te delen in verschillende partijen met gelijke graad van vervuiling, en deze partijen apart te behandelen met de best beschikbare techniek. • Grondwater: Afgraven dient te gebeuren tot maximaal 2m onder het maaiveld. Grondwaterstand bevindt zich op 3-4 meter onder het maaiveld, dus grondbemaling is niet nodig. • Grondreiniging: Afgegraven grond afvoeren en reinigen of storten • Nabehandeling: Aanvullen met propere grond en nivelleren Let op: opgegeven getallen zijn vermoedelijke hoeveelheden. Exacte cijfers zullen maar beschikbaar zijn na het opstellen van het BSP.
