Justification for the duration of the framework agreement: Het betreft een Raamovereenkomst welke wordt aangegaan voor een verlengde periode van 48 maanden met optie tot verlengen van 36 maanden, dus totaal 84 maanden (zeven jaar). Deze periode is noodzakelijk vanwege de verhuizingen die de KB de komende jaren gaat doorvoeren. Tussentijds aanbesteden is niet wenselijk om mogelijk van leverancier te wisselen gezien het belang van het erfgoed en de kennis en kunde die opgedaan wordt tijdens de verhuizing en verplaatsingen
