Information about review deadlines: Um eine Korrektur des Vergabeverfahrens zu erreichen, kann ein Nachprüfungsantrag bei der Vergabekammer Baden-Württemberg gestellt werden, solange der Auftraggeber noch keinen wirksamen Zuschlag erteilt hat. Ein wirksamer Zuschlag kann erst erteilt werden, nachdem der Auftraggeber die unterlegenen Bieter über die beabsichtigte Zuschlagserteilung nach § 134 GWB informiert hat und 15 Kalendertage bzw. bei Versendung der Informationen per Fax oder auf elektronischem Weg 10 Kalendertage vergangen sind (§§ 134, 135 GWB).
