Description: La présente consultation concerne la mise en place d'un marché ayant pour objet une mission d'assistance technique à maitrise d'ouvrage pour le contrôle des prestations d'entretien, de maintenance et contrôles règlementaires des systèmes de chauffage et de production d'eau chaude individuels gaz et de ventilation sur les ensembles immobiliers de CDC Habitat Social, CDC Habitat et MEECAM en Ile de France (75/77/78/91/93/92/94/95), au moyen d'un suivi technique (contrôles et visites sur site), et de l'exploitation de données collectées (techniques, administratives et documentaires). Le patrimoine concerné par le marché pour chacun des lots est identifié en annexe 2 à l'acte d'engagement. Afin de couvrir l'intégralité des besoins, ce marché comprend : - UNE PARTIE FORFAITAIRE correspondant aux missions décrites à l'article 3 du CCTP ; - UNE PARTIE A BONS DE COMMANDES avec bordereau de prix unitaires (BPU) et rémunérée des par des prix unitaires, correspondant aux missions décrites à l'article 4 du CCTP.
