Javno naročilo je zaradi različnosti lokacij, značaja okoljskih bremen in potrebnega obsega raziskav razdeljena na dva vsebinsko ločena sklopa: • Sklop 1: Izvedba predhodnih preiskav terena – območje nedovoljenega odlagališča gudrona na Studencih (MO Maribor) • Sklop 2: Izvedba predhodnih preiskav terena – območje nedovoljenega odlagališča nad Industrijsko cono Laze v Stražišču pri Kranju.

Title: Izvedba predhodnih preiskav terena – območje nedovoljenega odlagališča gudrona na Studencih (MO Maribor)
Description: Območje opuščenega odlagališča gudrona na Studencih v Mestni občini Maribor je zgolj eno izmed okoljskih bremen iz preteklosti, tovrstna odlagališča so prisotna na celotnem območju Slovenije. Odlaganje gudrona na Studencih sega v čas delovanja nekdanje Rafinerije mineralnih olj Maribor. Po razpoložljivih podatkih se gudron na Studencih nahaja na dveh parcelah št. 489 in 488, k.o. Studenci. Ocenjuje se, da je na lokaciji odloženih približno 12.700 m³ kisle gošče (gudrona), belilne zemlje in zemljin ter dodatnih 10.000 m³ kontaminiranih zemljin, kot so gramoz in drugi materiali. Lokacija odlagališča je še posebej občutljiva saj se nahaja znotraj širšega vodovarstvenega območja (VVO III) po Uredbi o vodovarstvenem območju za vodno telo vodonosnikov Ruš, Vrbanskega platoja, Limbuške dobrave in Dravskega polja (Uradni list RS, št. 24/07, 32/11, 22/13, 79/15 in 182/20).

Title: Izvedba predhodnih preiskav terena – območje nedovoljenega odlagališča nad Industrijsko cono Laze v Stražišču pri Kranju
Description: Na robu naselja Stražišče pri Kranju, jugozahodno od mestnega središča Kranja, se nahaja območje industrijske cone Laze. V preteklosti je tam potekala prva industrija opeke, nato industrija termične obdelave odpadne gume, po zaprtju opekarne je območje prešlo v splošno industrijsko rabo. Poleg industrijske cone (IC) Laze predstavlja širše območje tudi nedovoljeno odlagališče zaradi divjega odlaganja odpadkov. Delno sodi območje v območje Nature 2000, na lokaciji se nahaja tudi ribnik, ki je nastal na območju nekdanjega glinokopa. Ves industrijski razvoj je vplival na okoljsko stanje površinskih in podzemnih voda ter tal, kar se je že odražalo v pojavu rdeče obarvane vode v potoku in prisotnosti vidnih smeti zaradi nedovoljenega odlaganja odpadkov.
