Numărul de zile înainte de termenul-limită pentru primirea Ofertelor până când Ofertanții pot solicita clarificări: 21.
Numărul de zile calendaristice înaintea termenului limită de primire a Ofertelor la care Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet la toate solicitările de clarificări și/sau informații suplimentare primite de la operatorii economici interesați: 11.

Se vor presta servicii de ,,Întreţinere curentă pe timp de iarnă a drumurilor judeţene din judeţul Teleorman",in conformitate cu cerintele Caietului de sarcini. Cantitatile minime - maxime ale acordului cadru si a contractelor subsecvente se regasesc la nivelul anexelor din Caietul de sarcini.
Valoarea maxima estimata a acordului cadru este de 124.932.102 lei (fără TVA), din care:
- Suma maximă necesară efectuării deszăpezirii drumurilor județene pentru sezonul de iarnă nr. 1 este de 31.187.626 lei, fără TVA;
- Suma maximă necesară efectuării deszăpezirii drumurilor județene pentru sezonul de iarnă nr. 2 este de 31.369.224 lei, fără TVA;
- Suma maximă necesară efectuării deszăpezirii drumurilor județene pentru sezonul de iarnă nr. 3 este de 31.187.626 lei, fără TVA;
- Suma maximă necesară efectuării deszăpezirii drumurilor județene pentru sezonul de iarnă nr. 4 este de 31.187.626 lei, fără TVA.

1) Modalitatea de departajare a ofertelor cu preturi egale:
In cazul in care doua sau mai multe oferte sunt clasate pe primul loc, cu punctaje egale, departajarea se va face avand in vedere punctajul obtinut la factorii de evaluare in ordinea descrescatoare a ponderilor acestora. In situatia in care egalitatea se mentine, autoritatea contractanta va solicita noi propuneri financiare in SEAP, si oferta castigatoare va fi desemnata cea cu propunerea financiara cea mai mica.
2) Eventuale propuneri de modificare a clauzelor contractuale specifice ca urmare a solicitarilor de clarificari vor fi acceptate numai în măsura în care acestea nu vor fi în mod evident, dezavantajoase pentru autoritatea contractantă.
3) Cerintele tehnice definite la nivelul anuntului de participare, caietului de sarcini sau altor documente complementare, prin trimiterea standardelor, la un anumit producator, la marci, brevete, tipuri, la o origine sau la o productie/metoda specifica de fabricatie/prestare/executie, vor fi intelese ca fiind insotite de mentiunea ”sau echivalent”.
