Description of the options: Afhankelijk van de mogelijkheden overweegt de VRH om (na afloop van lopende overeenkomsten) functionaliteiten in het systeem te integreren of aanvullend van de leverancier van het financieel systeem af te nemen. Het financiële systeem fungeert als primaire bron voor financiële gegevens, waarbij omliggende systemen via gestandaardiseerde integraties gegevens kunnen uitwisselen. De oplossing dient ruimte te bieden voor uitbreiding met aanvullende modules van de leverancier zelf, oplossingen van partners of door middel van aangeboden gestandaardiseerde koppelingen met andere systemen. Met zo’n oplossing kan de ondersteuning van de financiële keten stapsgewijs worden doorontwikkeld en kunnen procesverbeteringen in de komende jaren worden gerealiseerd. Zoals bijvoorbeeld de functie van contractbeheer. Deze functionaliteiten betreffen de functionaliteiten die aansluiten op het financiële proces of aanvullende nieuwe functionaliteiten. Eventuele aanvullingen die tijdens de looptijd worden ingezet worden als onderdeel van deze aanbesteding en de daaruit volgende overeenkomst gezien.
