Medizin, Recht, Bildung in Bezug auf die geforderte Sprachkombination - es sind die einzelnen Themenfelder und die Art des Übersetzungsguts zu benennen und ggf. entsprechende Nachweise beizufügen - die ausgefüllte Anlage "Eigenerklärung_Russland" - die ausgefüllte Anlage "Eigenerklärung allgemein inkl. DL_2023_08_15 (1)" 3. Auf gesonderte Anforderung der Auftraggeberin sind nachzureichen - Handelsregisterauszug des Bieters (nicht älter als 12 Monate) - Gewerbezentralregisterauszug GZR 4 für den Bieter (nicht älter als 12 Monate) - Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung des zuständigen Finanzamtes (bei nachgewiesener Nichtausstellung durch das Finanzamt ist auch eine Erklärung des Steuerberaters zu- lässig) (nicht älter als 12 Monate) - Nachweis der ordnungsgemäßen Zahlung der Sozialbeiträge (nicht älter als 12 Mo- nate) - Bescheinigung der Berufsgenossenschaft über die ordnungsgemäße Zahlung der Beiträge (nicht älter als 12 Monate) Bietergemeinschaften sind zugelassen. Für den Fall der Einbeziehung von Unterauftragnehmern (bei Eignungsleihe oder soweit bei Angebotsabgabe bereits namentlich bekannt) oder bei Bietergemeinschaften sind sämtliche mit dem Angebot einzureichenden Eignungsnachweise und sonstigen Erklärungen (insbesondere auch die Anlage "Eigenerklärung allgemein inkl. DL_2023_08_15 (1)") auch für die Unterauftragnehmer bzw. die Mitglieder der Bietergemeinschaft sowie die ausgefüllten Anlagen "Bietergemeinschaftserklärung" / "NU_Verzeichnis der Leistung anderer Unternehmen" einzureichen. Im Falle der Eignungsleihe ist zusätzlich die Anlage "NU_ Verpflichtungserklärung" für den Nachunternehmer einzureichen. Die Auftraggeberin behält sich vor, weitere Nachweise zu fordern, sofern sie Zweifel an der Eignung des Bieters/der Bietergemeinschaft oder den Nachunternehmen hat. 4. Bieterfragen Bieterfragen sind ausschließlich schriftlich an die Vergabestelle über die Vergabeplattform bis zum 17.03.2026 einzureichen. Die Beantwortung erfolgt bis zum 24.03.2026. Später eingehende Bieterfragen können ggf. nicht bzw. nicht vor Ablauf der Angebotsfrist beantwortet werden. Die Angebotsfrist wird in diesem Fall nicht verlängert (vgl. § 20 Abs. 3 VgV).
