Description: VÄ 016 Aufgrund der Digitalisierung des Stellwerks in Pölchow hat sich im Projektverlauf die Notwendigkeit von Anpassungen am Bahnübergang ergeben. Der Straßenbaulastträger möchte in diesem Zusammenhang den Begegnungsfall LKW/LKW in die Planung einbeziehen, was Anpassungen an den Breiten von Straße und Gehweg erforderlich macht. Durch dieses Änderungsverlangen ist der Straßenbaulastträger gemäß EKrG an den Kosten zu beteiligen. Zur Ermittlung des Kostenverteilungsschlüssels und als Grundlage für die Kreuzungsvereinbarung ist die Erstellung eines Fiktiventwurfs zwingend erforderlich. Dieser umfasst die Ausarbeitung der Planungsunterlagen einschließlich einer textlichen Beschreibung, die Ermittlung und Zusammenstellung der Kosten, die Klärung der Randbedingungen sowie die Erstellung eines Kreuzungsplans.
