Information about review deadlines: Information about review deadlines: Upon the publication of the announcement of the ex-ante notice in 2025, a voluntary standstill period of 10 days came into effect in accordance with Section 4, subsection 1 of the Danish Act on the Complaints Board for Public Procurement (Consolidated Act No. 448 of 8 May 2025). If a contracting authority has followed the procedure in Section 4, a complaint alleging that the contracting authority has entered into a contract in violation of the Public Procurement Directive or the Utilities Directive without prior publication of a contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union must be submitted to the Complaints Board for Public Procurement within 30 calendar days from the day following the date on which the contracting authority published a notice in the Official Journal of the European Union stating that the contract has been awarded, provided that the notice includes the reasoning behind the contracting authority’s decision to award the contract without prior publication of a contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union, cf. Section 7, subsection 3 of the Act. No later than simultaneously with submitting a complaint to the Complaints Board for Public Procurement, the complainant must notify the contracting authority in writing that a complaint has been submitted to the Complaints Board for Public Procurement and indicate whether the complaint was submitted during the standstill period, cf. Section 6, subsection 4 of the Act. In cases where the complaint was not submitted during the standstill period, the complainant must also state whether a request for a suspensive effect is being made, cf. Section 12, subsection 1.
