L'ensemble des commandes effectuées par les Emetteurs (enseignants) ne doit pas pouvoir être validées par les Transmetteurs (directeurs d'écoles) si le montant global des commandes n'atteint pas un minimum de 50 euro(s) , ceci afin de diminuer les coûts d'emballage et de livraison, lire Afin d'optimiser les conditions logistiques, notamment en termes de coûts d'emballage et de livraison, il est recommandé que les commandes transmises atteignent un montant minimum global indicatif de 50 euro(s) . à ce titre, les Transmetteurs (directeurs d'écoles) sont invités à regrouper les commandes des émetteurs (enseignants) afin d'atteindre ce seuil. Aucune commande individuelle d'un montant inférieur à 50 euro(s) ne sera automatiquement validée, sauf cas de nécessité dûment justifiée. Cette règle vise à limiter la multiplication des livraisons unitaires, sans pour autant constituer une contrainte absolue à la passation des commandes
