Description: La présente consultation est organisée en vue de la conclusion d'un marché public de fournitures ayant pour objet l'acquisition, la livraison, l'installation, la mise en service, la qualification, la formation des utilisateurs ainsi que la maintenance de plateformes automatisées d'imagerie de lames destinées aux activités de recherche de la Fondation Méditerranée Infection. Les équipements devront permettre de répondre aux besoins des plateformes scientifiques de la Fondation dans le domaine de l'analyse, de la production et de l'imagerie automatisée de préparations biologiques sur lames. Ils devront notamment couvrir, selon les lots, les besoins de production et d'analyse quantitative en fluorescence, ainsi que les besoins d'imagerie numérique automatisée de lames en champ clair, fluorescence et très haute résolution, appliqués notamment aux préparations histologiques, cytologiques et sérologiques. Les solutions proposées devront garantir un haut niveau de performance analytique et optique, de reproductibilité, de fiabilité, d'automatisation, d'interopérabilité et de pérennité, tout en permettant leur intégration dans les flux de travail scientifiques et techniques existants de la Fondation.

Description: Le présent lot porte sur la fourniture, la livraison, l'installation, la mise en service, la qualification IQ/OQ, la formation, la documentation et la maintenance complète pendant cinq ans d'une plateforme automatisée de numérisation de lames destinée à la recherche en champ clair et en fluorescence. La configuration de base comprend les fonctions indispensables, dont un mode automatisé de très haute résolution optique reposant sur un objectif 60× à haute ouverture numérique, ou une solution objectivement équivalente démontrant une résolution effective au moins équivalente. Les PSE sont réservées aux extensions de capacité, aux objectifs ou modes optiques additionnels, au 10×, au 40× haute résolution, au 100× utile, à la polarisation, à la cinquième couleur, aux supports multiformats, au mobilier et aux modules logiciels complémentaires. Les versions majeures futures du logiciel principal font l'objet d'une déclaration LOG-07 et ne constituent pas une PSE à prix ferme lorsqu'elles ne sont pas encore commercialisées.
