Description: AO 20 Gegenstand der geänderten Leistung ist die Anpassung der Bauwerksausführung infolge eines geänderten Bauverfahrens im Bereich der EÜ Brinkstraße. Das Brückenbauwerk wird nun als flachgegründeter, dreigleisiger Halbrahmen in Seitenlage errichtet und mittels SPMT-Fahrzeugen eingeschoben. Zur Angleichung des unterschiedlichen Setzungs- und Tragverhaltens des Baugrunds ist daher die Herstellung einer HDI-Sohle erforderlich, deren Ausführung durch die Bauüberwachung fachlich zu begleiten ist. Da der bestehende Auftragnehmer bereits mit Arbeiten im Bereich der EÜ Brinkstraße beauftragt ist, würde die Vergabe an ein weiteres Unternehmen zusätzliche Kosten durch separate Baustelleneinrichtung, Koordinationsaufwand und zusätzliche Ressourcen verursachen. Dies stünde nicht im Einklang mit dem Wirtschaftlichkeitsgebot.
