Description: Gesucht werden Anbieter, welche die geforderten Profile einzeln (Los 1 und 2) oder in Form von Managed Teams (Los 1) zur Verfügung stellen und somit aktiv zum Gelingen der Programme und Projekte beitragen. Langfristig sollen die Aufträge zeitnah und schlank bearbeitet werden, indem das BLW, BLV und BAZG im Sinne einer „verlängerten Werkbank“ externe Unterstützung beiziehen bzw. das erforderliche Fachwissen in die Organisation holen können. Das BLW, BLV und BAZG versprechen sich von dieser Ergänzung des Know-how ein erhöhtes Innovationspotenzial. Die erforderlichen Leistungen sind gemäss des Frameworks SAFe und der Projektmethodik HERMES zu erbringen. Erwähnenswert hierbei ist, dass die Projekte grundsätzlich agil umgesetzt werden sollen.
