Additional information: Se establecen condiciones especiales de ejecución de tipo medioambiental: Con carácter previo al inicio de la obra el contratista deberá presentar un plan de calidad medioambiental que recogerá los criterios medioambientales que se van a seguir en la realización de los trabajos y que deberá referirse al menos a: - Afección ambiental-al entorno: descripción de cómo afecta al entorno la ejecución de las obras. - Descripción de la gestión de los residuos. A la mitad del plazo de ejecución de la obra y a la finalización de la misma, el contratista deberá presentar a la dirección facultativa de la obra una memoria que recoja las actuaciones llevadas a cabo para el adecuado cumplimiento del plan de calidad medioambiental. La dirección facultativa de la obra podrá en todo momento durante la ejecución de la obra establecer los controles que considere necesarios para comprobar que el plan presentado por la empresa se cumple adecuadamente y podrá establecer las medidas correctoras en su caso. Junto con la documentación final de obra se remitirá por parte del contratista una memoria final que recoja el grado de cumplimiento respecto al plan de calidad medioambiental y se aportarán los certificados que correspondan respecto a la gestión del plan de residuos.
