Lucrarile de mentenanţă constau in : revizii tehnice (RT), reparaţii accidentale (RA), reparaţii de nivel III (R1), pentru instalaţiile din RED aparţinând Retele Electrice Muntenia SA., în vederea păstrării sau restabilirea disponibilităţii, fiabilităţii şi siguranţei în exploatare a echipamentelor şi instalaţiilor energetice. Lucrarile de executie si modernizare constau in : modernizarea instalatiilor existente, extinderea de retele de joasa tensiune aeriene si subterane, securizarea grupurilor de masura, modernizarea si cresterea capacitatii de distributie a retelelor existente, imbunatatire nivel tensiune in retelele existente prin injectii noi (posturi trafo, retele MT, JT, etc), aparţinând Retele Electrice Muntenia SA. Cantitati estimate minime si maxime ale acordului cadru: Conform centralizatoarelor financiare de preturi (Formularul F11/LOT), atasate la prezenta documentatie. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent pentru fiecare LOT in parte este: LOT 1 – ILFOV EST: 4.450.000 lei, fara TVA LOT 2 – ILFOV VEST: 4.450.000 lei, fara TVA LOT 3 – GIURGIU: 4.450.000 lei, fara TVA LOT 4 – BOLINTIN: 4.450.000 lei, fara TVA LOT 5 – CALUGARENI: 4.450.000 lei, fara TVA Pentru fiecare lot in parte frecventa contractelor subsecvente ce vor fi atribuite este de minim 2 contracte subsecvente / an, conform ANEXA 1, anexata strategiei de contractare. Operatorii economici interesati pot solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare pana in a 20-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatiile suplimentare au fost adresate in termenul prevazut in anuntul de participare, Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a of (Conf prev art.172 al (2) si 173 al (1) din Legea 99/2016 actualizata).
